PO - item selected has no GL account setup in item or category level

Description Steps:   !pastedImage_d32627_0.png! Issue: It did not allow the item to be selected.   !pastedImage_d32627_1.png! Acceptance Criteria: Follow the heirarchy in getting what Account to use for Inventory.   Inventory Checking:   * First, check if there is Inventory Account setup for the item, if Yes, use that account, else move to the next checking.   Category Checking:   * If Item is under a category, check if there is Inventory Account setup for the category, if Yes, use that account, else move to the next checking. * If Item is not under a category, skip this checking   Company Location Checking:   * Check if item location has Inventory account setup, if Yes, use that account.
