Steps:

Inventory Checking:
* First, check if there is Inventory Account setup for the item, if Yes, use that account, else move to the next checking.
Category Checking:
* If Item is under a category, check if there is Inventory Account setup for the category, if Yes, use that account, else move to the next checking.
* If Item is not under a category, skip this checking
Company Location Checking:
* Check if item location has Inventory account setup, if Yes, use that account.
