Steps:
# Create a Transport Load and Post
# Create a voucher for the transport load.
# Make sure to setup a payment schedule.
# One payment due date in 10 days and the other the following month with a discount.
# Post the voucher.
# In Pay Voucher Details, select Vendor
# Make a partial payment on one of the vouchers (the earlier due date). So if the payment schedule is $1000, pay $800.
# Post the payment.
# Close the screen.
# Go back in and create a new payment
# Look for the voucher you partially paid.
Issue: The partially paid voucher that was on payment schedule is missing from the pay voucher detail screen.
Accepted Criteria:
* Partial payment is not allowed on Payment Schedule Vouchers
* Paid checkbox column is disabled for editing
