Scenario - Grain transactions, (Storage settlement, scale distributed contracts, spot sale, etc)
when a voucher is created should not be allowed to be reversed.
The reverse button doesn't not reverse the grain transaction
Grain is still settled and shows on the storage history
Grain is not removed from Conctract
Inventory is not reversed
there could be additional scenarios
Also Unpost should be reviewed to ensure the same scenarios are not happening
