Create a basis purchase contract.
Create a ticket where distribution type is Contract.
Select the basis contract created and distribute.
In contract management, price the entire contract.
Voucher should be created upon pricing.
Undistribute ticket.

IR is already deleted but payable remains.

Acceptance:
Voucher payable must be deleted if IR no longer exists.
