*Steps* :
1. Create VPRE > Post

2. Partially pay the vpre

3. Try to pay the remaining 22k

*Issue* :
Cannot pay the remaining vpre amount
VPRE for offset reflects full vpre amount
*Accepted* :
User should be able to pay the remaining vpre amount
Solution -
Disable partial payment of vpre. Do not want to add new features in obsolete versions.
