Open Clearing and Open Clearing Details Show total Clearing amount of 2,632,225.23 As of 10/31/19. GL AP Clearing Account 200100-02-000 shows ending balance of 1,868,882.66 as of 10/31/19.
Fully billed IRs are still showing in the report if there is a GL APC out of balance.
Solution -
# Do not include IRs which are fully billed in the AP Clearing and APC Detail reports.
# Do an IR quantity to BL quantity match to eliminate transactions from the reports.
