GL and AP out of balance.
Unable to find issue.
please provide Data fix

Root Cause 1:
1. Create Debit Memo and post.
2. Create Voucher then save.
3. Apply Debit Memo on Voucher and post.
Out of balance checking:

4. Unpost Debit Memo
Issue:
Was able to unpost Debit Memo:

Out of Balance checking:

Acceptance:
Should not be able to unpost applied debit memo
