AP and GL are out of balance 177.69. Looks like a duplicate post. BL-33157

*Steps* :
1. AP > Vouchers > Create new voucher
2. Click Post button continuously
*Issue* :
Duplicate GL entries are created upon posting
AP goes out of balance to G/L
*Accepted* :
Duplicate GL entries should not be created
