2. Use another user that has different default user location than that of user used to create the PO.
3. Open the PO and Process to IR.
Issue: No alert is shown.
Acceptance Criteria: There should be a validation msg that alerts the user. Message can read as:
The Purchase orders selected Location is different from the users defult location. Do you want to continue? Yes \| No \| Cancel
