Steps:
1. Create and post Voucher.
2. Pay the voucher and print check.
3. Open the Voucher and click Delete Pay button.
4. Select Yes on warning message to remove payment and create prepayment.
Issue:

Acceptance:
Should be able to delete pay and automatically create vendor prepayment
