[HDTN-243754 - VPRE-218 was posted to GL three times|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-243754]
*Steps* :
1. Login user 1
2. Create VPRE
3. Open Batch Posting > select created VPRE
4. Login user 2
5. Open Batch Posting > select created VPRE
6. For user 1, post the transaction

7. For user 2, post the same transaction

8. Open the posted VPRE > open Unpost Preview tab > check GL entries
9. Open Audit Log tab > check for Posted event log
*Issue* :
Posting of the already posted vpre was allowed
Duplicate GL entries are created

Posted event not reflected in the Audit Log

*Accepted* :
Do not allow posting of the already posted transaction (Batch Posting opened on separate instances)
