Steps:
1. Create Basis Contract for 10000 bushels

2. Distribute Load In ticket to this contract.

3. Open Basis Advance, select the distributed ticket, enter advance % (50%) and Futures Price (9.5) and save.
4. Select Yes to view Basis Advance created then click Pay and post.

5. Open Price Contracts screen and open the created purchase basis contract.
6. Fully price the qty to 9.5 and save.

7. Verify the voucher created
Issue:
No voucher was created after pricing the purchase basis contract
Acceptance:
Voucher should be created and Basis Advance should be automatically applied
