*Steps* :
1. AP > 1099 Thresholds
2. Select 1099 Form, vendor, year > Save
3. Preview > eFile
4. Open generated file
*Issue* :
Transmitter code should be 58648. Shows in file as 33A19. Need to know where this is coming from, as this is causing errors to come back from the IRS.
TCC Code is unique to the filer
Origin had a Field to set the TCC code in. I am not seeing such a config option in i21.

Add TCC field in 1099 screen to allow user to set TCC
