Steps:
1. Create inventory item. make sure that you fill in item's Last Cost.
2. Cerate PO.
3. Select the inventory item.
Issue: Cost is not filled in with Item's Last Cost.
Acceptance Criteria: Cost should be filled in with Item's Last Cost.
