*Steps* :
_Presetup: Enforce Control Total: Yes_
1. AP > New voucher
2. Provide required fields > do not input Invoice Ctrl Total > Post
*Issue* :
The system informs the user that a Control Total has not been entered. Hit Okay.
System freezes and does not allow them to move forward.

*Accepted* :
Screen should not freeze and user should be able to edit and continue transaction
