Vouchers that have Deferred Payments terms do not show as Deferred in the Pay Vouchers Screen.

Solution -
When Deferred Pay is checked, include all vouchers with Deferred pay terms.
Include Deferred Interest vouchers. (working already)
If it is not checked, exclude all vouchers with Deferred pay term.
Include Deferred Interest vouchers.
