Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-236040 - No Pop Up for closed Fiscal Period when deleting pay from Voucher|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-236040]     *Steps* :   1. Open voucher with payment (cleared and fiscal period should be closed)   2. Click Delete Pay     *Issue* :   !pastedImage_d124629_0.png|height=352,width=490!   When user selects Yes, nothing happens. (no message informing the user that fiscal period is already closed)       *Accepted:*   If creation of prepayment is not allowed due to fiscal period is closed, display proper message informing the user.
