On the Open Payables detail report, BL-7862 for Gretzinger Farms is marked as unpaid. If you go to Voucher, BL-7862 does not exits.
+Steps+:
# Go to Open Payables Detail
# Remove all filters
# Generate the report.
+Acceptance+: Remove BL-7862 from the Open Payables reports.
