Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.       [HDTN-231770 - Anew - Cannot open vouchers to post|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-231770]     Improvement for loading vouchers needed.   To Verify the issue we check the database and environment of zeeland and grab a back up of ncpfuel, to replicate the scenario locally.
