Improvement for loading vouchers needed.
To Verify the issue we check the database and environment of zeeland and grab a back up of ncpfuel, to replicate the scenario locally. Found out that the opening of 1 bill transaction took 30.22 sec which will cause a time out to both server and front end side, this happens when the number of bill transactions is more than 18,000.
