Description *Steps* :   1. Create prepayment and post.   2. Go to 'Pay Vouchers' screen and create payment for the prepayment.     *Issue* :   Check posted payment, it uses 'Prepaid' account instead of 'AP Account'     *Accepted* :   AP Account should be used
