Issue:
1. There's no way to select transaction to delete
2. Delete button is not working
Acceptance Criteria:
1. Add checkbox before the process checkbox to allow user to select/unselect detail
2. If delete button is clicked, this message should prompt:
You are about to delete () row.
Are you sure you want to continue?
With Yes or no button.
