When adding a line item to a Voucher and then selecting a 1099 Form, the Per-unit retain allocations is not available in the dropdown list. The choice seems to be removed after the upgrade last night.
+Steps+:
Create a Voucher, add Barge Surcharge as the item, select 1099 PATR as the 1099 Form and then select Per-Unit retain allocations.
