Steps to Reproduce:
# Change GL account category of 20170 to general.
# Change GL account category of 20200 to general.
# Run Import Vouchers from Origin (Purchasing A/P) > Import > Import Vouchers from Origin)
# Run Import Vouchers from Origin (Purchasing A/P) > Import > Import Vouchers from Origin)
## Run it again.
