Steps to reproduce
Created New Voucher for Vendor Plunketts
Selected Add Payables
Selected Refresh
PO-7 does not appear to be selected.
If trying to Process PO from the PO Screen, get error message: 'Process failed. There is no receivable item on this purchase order.'
