This is to create the report in the software. This is linked to a previous task created for a customer using dashboard. This will eliminate the use of dashboard query.
# There is an inbound tax report in Purchasing
# It does not suffice origin and ease of filing tax returns.
# Inbound Tax report looks at receipt detail and not voucher detail.
# When they file taxes the totals are based on received product.
# Which means, they may have received in inventory, but have not recieved the voucher from the vendor.
This report should include all receipts for the time selected, including AP clearing. The date is based on Receipt Date, *not* voucher date.
Origin
Vendor - In origin this is the vendor ship and not pay to vendor. All receipts entered in origin are from the ship from vendors.
Item - Item code
Location - Company Locations
Class - Item Category
Carrier - Carrier
Origin - This is a text field in origin during receipts. In i21, this is the ship from vendor location In i21, this is the ship from vendor location state (Change the field to "Origin State").
Receipt Date - Receipt Date including AP clearing
Vendor Tax State - In origin vendor maintenance has a tax state setup, in i21, this is the vendor ship from state (Origin state)
