*Steps* :
# Create prepayment. Post
# Pay prepaid. Post
# Create payment for voucher and apply prepayment. Post
# Unpost payment and delete
*Issue* :
If a payment that include a prepayment is applied against is deleted, the prepayment shows that it has not been initally paid yet.
Before deleting payment (ysnPrepayHasPayment = 1) After deleting payment (ysnPrepayHasPayment = 0)
*Acceptance* :
This should only change if the ORIGINAL payment has been deleted.
