Steps: [http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/QC/Bill+Entry+-+Unpost] (Scenario 1)
Issue: After clicking Unpost button, Unpost toolbar is still displayed and status is still 'Posted'. But when Recap screen is opened, it shows that transaction is unposted.
Acceptance Criteria: Unpost button should be hidden, Post button should be displayed, 'Posted' status should be removed.
