Presetup: Use *Google Chrome version [70.0.3538.67|http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/QC/18.3+-+Chrome+Compatibility+70.0.3538.67]*
1. AP > Vouchers
2. Click New
*Issue* :
Console error upon opening of new voucher screen
Drop down and look up functions are not working properly
