Issue:
This screen does not allow you to add recurring transactions. Trying to add a voucher.

Steps to recreate
# Create voucher
# Check the recurr flag
# enter voucher detials
# Save the voucher
# Click the recurring butoton.
# the voucher is not available.

Acceptance: Created recurring template should be available on the grid
