Steps:
1. Go to Pay Vouchers
2. Select vendor with interest/discount. Make sure you don't have account setup for discount/interest.
3. Select other vendor with no discount/interest.
4. Post
5. Create voucher and post.
6. Click Pay.
Issue. Error occurs.

Acceptance: No error. Payment should be created.
