This ticket calls for the creation of the SQL stored procedure(s) that will export all vendors (new and recently modified) to a staging table that can be used by the Vendor export EXE to create JSON (flat) files that will be imported by Easy Automation. The stored proc should have a date parameter. Any vendor that were added or modified on or after the given date would be exported by this stored proc.
