Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-217192 - AP Out of Balance|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-217192] +Steps:+   # Create prepayment. # Post and Pay # Create Voucher # Post # Create payment for voucher and apply prepayment # Print Check # Void Payment # On Voucher, Delete Pay # Reopen Prepayment and click Reverse   +Issue+:   Vendor Prepayment Reversals are showing the opposite of what they should on the open payables report, along with being calculated incorrectly in the open payables balance when checking if AP balances with GL.   Prepays debit AP and credit the Vendor Prepayment Account, the reversal does the opposite which is a credit to AP. The GL hits for this voucher type are correct in the system.   +Acceptance+: On the open payables/open payables detail report, a vendor prepayment reversal should show as positive on the open payables report and it is showing negative now.   This also needs to be tested to make sure that the stored procedure that handles the AP balancing treats it correctly as well.   In the image below, both are prepaid reversals, and both should show as positive   !pastedImage_d103847_0.png!
