Steps to reproduce:
1. {color:#323232}Open Pay Vouchers
2. Select Bank Account ending with 2954{color}
{color:#323232}3. Select {color}{color:#323232}Payment Method ACH {color}
{color:#323232}4. select voucher BL-1166 and check mark to pay{color}
{color:#323232}You will see this message and it will not allow you to check mark and pay it.{color}

{color:#323232}There are no payments with this record on it. {color}
{color:#323232} !pastedImage_d103728_1.png! Also there is another voucher (BL-1167) that is for the same vendor, has the same terms and is very similar to this voucher, and you are able to check mark that and pay it.{color}
