Steps to reproduce:
# Enter a voucher
# Enter a line item
# enter a discount percentage
Issue *:* The GL created doesn't seem to be a discount but rather all sorts of GL accounts show up.
Acceptance *:* The correct GL result is credit ap debit whatever the user entered. Should be only two line items.
