Unable to pay bills back to back - explanation below

Description 1. I chose to pay an invoice in Pay Bills by eCheck.   2. After closing out of of the Post box, I tried to pay another bill   3. Notice that the screen is not moving. It is not allowing to post or pay another invoice.   4. In order to pay another invoice, I was required to exit out of pay bills and choose again. Reload does not work also.
