Scene 1. [http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/QC/Vendor+-+Create] > Close record and then reload
Scene 2. [http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/QC/Vendor+Locations+-+Open] (Scenario 1)
Issue:
1. Ship Via field is empty when reloaded
2. Selected Ship Via is removed when Vendor Location is opened. It is also not displayed on the Ship Via field of Vendor Location screen
Acceptance Criteria: Selected Ship Via should be displayed
