*Issues:*
# When entering Vouchers, the user was staying in the Voucher Entry Screen and selecting New for each voucher. On the third Voucher, as he was entering the information, the Voucher showed that it was posted with now Bill Id.
# The Voucher overwrote an old voucher from another vendor
*Acceptance:*
# Should not autopost newly created voucher.
# Should not overwrite already existing Voucher
_Notes: We need to figure out what is occurring to allow the overwriting of the already existing Voucher. We also need a data fix to correct the original Voucher (intBillId = 2666)_
