*Steps to Recreate:*
1. Purchasing > Pay voucher details > New
2. Type Citgo > press enter > select one of the vendors.
*Issue* : Unable to select the vendor.
*Acceptance:* Should allow selecting vendor from the list
Tested in company 99 and it works which is the same version as 17.3.1026.117
