*Steps* :
# Create voucher
# Post
# Open Pay Voucher Details screen
# Select vendor and vendor pay to used in the voucher
*Issue* : Voucher is not displayed on Pay Voucher Details grid
When creating a New Pay Voucher Details, the Vendor's unpaid vouchers are not populating.

*Acceptance* : Vouchers and other unpaid transactions should be displayed
