*Steps and Issue:* upgraded to 17.1.0912.228 last night and cannot import Vouchers from Origin due to out of balance. However, when checking the balances for AP vs GL, they are in balance, only the import screen shows the two being out of balance.
*Acceptance:* If GL and AP were balanced, importing should continue.
