Steps to Recreate:
1. GL > Fiscal Year > Close the year 2016
Issue:
Notice: The Batch posting screen will pop up. However, it is empty. It will not allow me to close 2016.
Acceptance: If there are unposted transactions, should be shown in a separate screen with details. If there are no unposted, should allow to close and details should be shown on Batch Posting screen
