Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-202253 - Weird new "glitches" in Voucher Entry|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-202253]   Steps:   Cleared cache and reloaded browser, and seeing issue on multiple computers/logins.   [http://youtu.be/D2XPXHU0jTc?hd=1]     Issue:   Unable to Post Voucher then select New from Voucher Entry Screen without closing out. If she does, she is not able to enter the vendor. User will then close out of screen, but when they reopen it, they get a blue scree and cannot enter anything.     Acceptance: Should create vouchers with no error
