The add payables screen on vouchers is not showing all the avaliable IRs to pay. See transactions in comments below.
Steps:
# Create receipt with items
# Post
# Create voucher
# Select the vendor used in the IR
Issue: Add Payables screen will open but inventory items added from the receipt were not displayed
Acceptance: Received items that is not yet vouchered should be displayed in Add Payables screen.
