The amount selected is important to users to determine what to pay -
The filtered amount selected is avaialble at the bottom of the grid under the total of amount paid.
so the header amount selected should always show the amount selected even if the amount is "Filtered off" the grid.
*Test case:*
* Select 1 voucher for $400
* Total selected should change to 400
* filter by paid = no
* total selected should stay at 400 because that is what is selected for payment
