Customer has two scenarios
1) They would like to be able to enter an amount and select amounts due oldest (oldest date paid first) to newest until they hit the total amount due.
* create a payment
* pick the vendor
* pick the pay to
* enter an amount paid
* hit select
** Will clear any payments selcted
** will select vouchers by due date - oldest first
** apply the oldest to the yougest based upon date due
2) Another option - they would like to enter the number of bushels and then it would back into an amount to pay by getting to a net price per bushel and selecting the appropriate number of bushels to pay. - take the total voucher devide by the number of bushels and then get to a net price per bushel - multiply that by the number of bushels to pay and that gets you to your number.
* user would enter quantity
* user would enter the unit of measure
* user would press the select button
* the system would apply oldest to youngest
* based upon the average cost per bushel - after discounts etc
* if there was a commodity item without a conversion to bushels int he uom it would be ignored
