*Business Reason:*
# Inventory reciepts that are sent to storage are not priced
## so the report is correctly showing the quantities in the "Receipt Qty" and "Clearing Qty" Columns
## we should supress these or not pull them in the report
# The other charges
## on the inventory reciept should show an amount and does.
## Although the amount is priced at this time the inventory receipt does not post the dr to inventory and credit to purchase clearing. (inventory Jira)
