*Steps* :
# Create Scale > Ticket Entry with Discount Storage and for a commodity with tax setup
# Distribute
# If Distribution type is Open Storage, Settle Storage
*Issue* : Distributing ticket will create posted IR and Voucher but voucher was not posted because there's no entry for tax. Since it was not posted, it will be displayed on Batch posting which led to the bug below.
_When batch posting multiple vouchers, that have tax on them, it is not posting every voucher because some of them are out of balance._
_If you look at the vouchers individually and use the recap on each individual voucher you will see that it is showing in balance_

*Acceptance* : Once scale ticket was distributed, it should create voucher which is already posted with entries for tax.
