+Steps:+ See attached video in IC-3254 to reproduce the issue.
+Issue:+ Able to create multiple vouchers and payments for the same IR if the vouchers are not posted.
+Acceptance:+ Voucher button has to be disabled once voucher is created. IRs should not show again in "Add Payable" button if the voucher is not posted.
