Add the IR number to the detail lines of the P.O. If the detail line has not been received then this would be blank.
if the detail detail was partially received - list the IR number
If one P.O. line has been recieved on multiple IRs list the IR numbers in this field with a comma separation.
The IR number should drill into the inventory receipt.
