Description Steps: [http://inet.irelyserver.com/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=QC&title=Applying+Overpayment+to+Bill]   Issue: Amount Applied and To Pay fields displays 0.00 on the first time you enter amount on Amount Applied field. But it is working when you re-enter amount.   Acceptance Criteria: Entered amount should be accepted and displayed on Amount Applied field and To Pay amount should recompute on the first try the amount is entered
